The Athletic Department's audio webcast page has a live audio stream for each week's game. If you cannot get it to work, there are a number of alternatives:

1) Also worth trying are the live web feeds of these individual stations
that carry Michigan games. They may not have the bandwidth, however, to handle
large numbers of listeners:

2) The university's student station, 88.3 WCBN-FM, has a live sports stream.

3) Opponents' play-by-play is always an option, just follow the play by play link from the games page's.
